Black Fantomex (North Polean)

Black Fantomex travels to North Korea to better learn to be(come) a dictator but fails as only one supervillain is allowed in North Korea.

Black Fantomex then travels to the North Pole to learn how to better accomodate the 'naughty list'-subjects.

Black Fantomex so meet up with 'Naughty Nilja' and learns how to assault the postoffice at the North Pole but gets arrested by the NPG (North Polean Guard).

In prison at the North Pole Black Fantomex then learns how to speak North Polean (by listening to the guards speaking to eachother).

Once released he buys his lot over at the North Pole andso also starts to write North Polean dictionaries (encyclopedias).
